Man Up

Man Up for men that has helped in the transition of ‘calling the man out of the boy’. It has been developed out of a passion to facilitate a positive and long lasting impression with on flowing effects upon the individual, the family and the community.

Sisterhood

What is Sisterhood Empowerment?
Sisterhood Empowerment is a 15 Week Faith Based support network. It is a safe environment where women from all walks of life, shapes, sizes and ages 18+ come together and share our life experiences.

Boundaries

He has sold millions of books and transformed countless lives with his powerful teachings on Boundaries over the last 25 years. Relationship problems don’t usually just work themselves out. You have to take the right steps in the right order, and to do that, there are things you need to know.

Outreaches

In the program the residents take part in local and country outreaches where they help in a feeding program in a southern suburb, also going into country towns where they have opportunity to speak about their recovery with the community. These outreach avenues help to build self-esteem and challenge them to step up and give opportunity to serve others, share their story and encourage others.

Basketball

The men and women in the program can participate in Basketball there are teams who play in a local competition on Tuesday evenings and Saturday afternoons.
